be responsible for the daily operation of air import shipment.
primary responsibilities:
1. follow up on arrival notice and correctly process inbound orders in line with received timeline and orders/guidelines.
2. prepare arrangement for clearance and delivery.

1. college degree or above major in logistics, international trade or relevant.

3. familiar with the procedure of airfreight import operation and forwarding related knowledge.
4. cet-4 or above, good spoken and written english and chinese.
5. independent problem-solving skill, patient and a good team player.
6. proficient in ms office.

organize, coordinate and monitor the daily seafreight import operation of team.
lead the team to full fill seafreight import related activities and meet the requirements of the clients.
primary responsibilities:
1. take lead for sop review of the team account, make sure team members fully understanding and compliance with sop in daily job.
2. take lead for new account on board and arrival incl but not limited to sop review and implementing.
3. provide and contribute ideas on process design and make appropriate recommendation on transportation solutions.
4. supervise the team to provide high quality service to customers and minimize service failure and customer complain.
5. maintain good relationship with service provider including warehouse / customs broker / booking agent / ocean carriers / trucking and ensure the service deliveries in accordance with our customers’ requirements.
