our school, which was set up in 1945, lies in the south of changchun city. it is famous in our city.

对提优班的学生，在每一次综合练习后，都要每个学生单独评讲试卷。对其中出现的问题作深入的分析，分析为什么回出现这种问题，你当时是如何思考的，应当如何正确思考等，尽量彻底的解决问题，做到下次不再出现。在作文训练中，我坚持一文两练，即先写一遍，详细批改之后再写一遍。并且坚持让学生平时写随笔，记日记等作文辅助形式。针对不同同学的薄弱环节个别辅导，从审题立意，材料选取到结构安排等各个方面加以辅导，取得了交好的成绩。
对平行班的学生，以为他们基础较差，所以我将教学的重点放在夯实基础上。背诵、默写各个过关。虽花去了大量的时间，但成效明显。
语文教学是系统的、复杂的，但同时又是艺术的。在这块领域中我才刚刚学会走路，以后的路途还很长，我将一如既往，用辛勤与汗水在语文教坛上耕耘。
