1.负责开发新工艺或新供应商，并收集资料，以及对供应商进行调查，创建供应商主档申请；

3.负责po的下达，交期追踪、交收或验收、品质追踪、对账、发票校验、请款工作的跟进；

3、熟悉外发采购流程及相关工作；

4、对锻压、注塑、机加工、抛光打磨、蚀刻、电镀、阳极、喷涂等工艺有一定认识。有产品生产制造过程中某一工序（如打磨、电镀、注塑等）外发的管理从业经验优先；

岗位职责：

1. 在前期供货商质量(asq)工程师、项目质量主管以及uap质量工程师的支持和协助下，负责对新的外购部件进行相关的审核和回顾。只有当项目质量工程师和工厂质量部门验收货物后，批准生产件批准程序(ppap)；批准asq项目过度文件。

2. 负责收集和整理供货商的质量业绩，并向质量经理汇报。

3. 编制来件检验和供应商相关的体系文件。

4. 与相关的sqd负责人共同保证s/r特性。

5.管理并更新外购件检验计划
