sqe- 供应商质量工程师(电子件)

工作概要 job summary

向供应商传递客户和本公司的质量要求并帮助供应商理解和实施;实施供应商的评审和选择,负责公司生产过程中的供应商apqp工作,对供应商的交付质量进行评价、监控、反馈、考核和跟踪,及时快速处理新项目中及量产项目中供应商质量问题,保障零件顺利认可及量产零件质量。

主要负责海外供应商及国内供应商,产品为电子件为主,另有plastic以及部分metal结构零件。

主要任务和职责primary duties and responsibilities

1.对供应商的交付质量进行统计、监控、反馈和报告。

2.快速反应工厂发现的供应商质量问题并组织解决和质量改进跟踪。建立供应商质量故障数据库.

3.组织实施定期的供应商评审,并推动供应商的持续改进。

4.根据采购部门的申请,组织对新供应商实施质量审核(选择审核)。

5.负责所负责的供应商生产件的apqp/ppap的提交、跟踪、评审和批准。

6.供应商质量协议、质量目标的协商和签署,供应商索赔。

7.编制和更新进料检验作业指导书,指导进料检验员实施进料检验,审核检验报告。

8.组织实施对供应商的培训。

产品知识: 熟悉图纸对电子件生产工艺和产品特性有扎实了解,同时对塑料、机构件有基本知识。

其他:掌握汽车行业apqp/ppap/cp/fmea/msa, vda6.3或iatf16949等质量方面的知识,具有协调和实施质量体系审核能力;优秀的沟通协调能力,良好的抗压能力。

工作岗位及职责:

1.负责开发新工艺或新供应商,并收集资料,以及对供应商进行调查,创建供应商主档申请;

2.负责收集报价,并进行比价/议价等贸易条款的谈判,负责维护外发加工产品价格info;

3.负责po的下达,交期追踪、交收或验收、品质追踪、对账、发票校验、请款工作的跟进;

4.负责跟进供应商提供之环保报告有效性的追踪及更新;

6.负责及时清理open pr、open po、open payment;

2、2-3年或以上工作经验, 应聘采购主任一职,具3-5年或以上任职于五金、塑料工厂负责外发采购;

3、熟悉外发采购流程及相关工作;

4、对锻压、注塑、机加工、抛光打磨、蚀刻、电镀、阳极、喷涂等工艺有一定认识。有产品生产制造过程中某一工序(如打磨、电镀、注塑等)外发的管理从业经验优先;

5、良好沟通能力,具有对外协加工厂的加工、质量保证、价格及进度的管理能力;

6、懂erp或sap系统操作,尤其是sap为佳;

7、熟练使用辦公軟件,除常用的office软件外,需熟练使用e_cel相关常用函数;

8、具备iso9001、iso14000、ts16949经验,及具备内审员资格优先;

9、能于高压力下及指定时间内完成工作。

1. 在前期供货商质量(asq)工程师、项目质量主管以及uap质量工程师的支持和协助下,负责对新的外购部件进行相关的审核和回顾。只有当项目质量工程师和工厂质量部门验收货物后,批准生产件批准程序(ppap);批准asq项目过度文件。
