第1篇 电子物料采购员岗位职责
依相关部门的要求计划,确保生产用原材料、辅料的准时到料,并确保来料的质量符合公司的质量标准要求。协助公司进行采购成本控制,不定时的向厂部总监汇报采购工作的运作情况,有电子采购经验优先。
任职要求:
1、负责新产品原材料的供应商开发、评审及考核;
2、负责供应商的评审、考核及管理;
3、负责生产所需的原材料的准时到货,并保证原材料的质量符合公司质量标准要求。
4、负责来料品质异常的及时处理及预防措施的跟进;
5、配合公司进行原材料的采购成本控制;
6、负责公司与供应商之间的良好沟通与交流;
7、完成其它部门的临时采购需求;
8、完成上级交待的临时工作任务;
9、向上级汇报工作。

1)e_ecute purchasing initiatives and strategies for indirect materials and services
2)mro supplier sourcing, pricing benchmark & negotiation and supplier selection
3)keeping the supplier information database accurate and updated in workflow
4)keeping the mro material prices accurate and updated in workflow
5)sustainable cost saving/reduction without compromising the quality and delivery.
6)daily purchasing for indirect materials and service to meet stakeholders’ demand.
