1.通信、电子工程、自动化、计算机及其相关专业本科以上学历；
2.具有一定的相关工作经验，熟悉工作流程和有关法律法规；
3.熟练掌握一定的编程、系统工程等相关专业技术，有一定的专业知识储备；
4.具有系统分析师从业资格证书；
5.具有良好的分析综合能力和任务难度预测能力；

under it development manager’s guidance and supervision， to finalize system detail requirement， prepare the technical feasibility for it development manager’s review to solve comple_ problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations， operating time and form of desired results. responsible for program design， analysis， coding， testing， debugging， and documentation. assist it development manager to ensure all projects to be delivered per schedule， responsible for controlling the programming quality. study any new it technic for better system development platform.

1. 参与所有应用系统的开发，包括bi，数据库系统的实施和维护

系统分析员（system analyst）是 对大型、复杂的信息系统建设任务中，承担分析、设计和领导实施的领军人物。 要做好与客户之间的关系，同时对客户的需求要正确的理解，要选择合适的开发技术，同时做好与客户间沟通交流，学会说服对方。
系统分析员职位要求
1.必须理解和明确系统建议、建设单位的经营管理目标及战略发展方向。
2.要能与组织管理高层一起涉及确定信息系统建设的长期目标，并进行必要的分解。
3.要在详细调查的基础上，正确判断组织内部现状和外部条件，进行可行性分析。
4.能够根据现实条件确定组织信息系统开发策略。
5.应具备选择适宜方法和工具并培训开发人员的能力。
6.善于沟通，妥善协调决策者、开发人员与业务人员的观点，达成共识。会用如rose等的软件建模的工具和powerdesign等的数据库建模工具，相关的uml，数据流程图及相关的内容的知识。
