土木工程设计师岗位职责
结构设计师(土木工程、工民建相关专业) 赛迪 重庆赛迪工程咨询有限公司，赛迪职责描述:从事市政及民用项目的结构(岩土)设计及设计项目管理工作。参与相关市政及民用建筑项目和任务，投标方案的制定、承担项目的配合设计工作、方案设计及施工图设计工作;处理客户关系。
任职要求:土木工程、工民建相关专业全日制本科及以上学历;熟练掌握本专业相关知识，熟悉本专业相关规范、规程;熟悉从方案到施工图设计的全过程;热爱结构设计，敬业踏实、严谨认真，对专业知识有较强的钻研精神，具有良好的职业素养、团队精神和沟通协调能力;熟悉本专业各项规范、规程，了解本专业的最新技术、发展动态，有执业资格证书优先。
第2篇 土木工程技术员岗位职责任职要求
土木工程技术员岗位职责
职责描述:
a. 在园林项目总监的领导下完成工程项目的执行管理工作;
b. 负责园林工程项目执行过程中与客户的直接沟通，对所负责的园林工程项目全面负责;
c. 负责园林工程项目的成本核算、供货商选择及采购工作;
d. 按照园林设计图纸及其要求完成工程项目的施工管理工作;
e. 负责园林工程项目的进度情况，质量情况及其负责工程项目的竣工验收工作;
f. 负责园林工程项目的售后服务工作;
g. 负责园林项目的款项催款及其付款流程的执行工作;
h. 负责园林工程项目卷宗的编制整理和存档工作;
i. 负责反馈顾客对园林工程项目和服务的信息，并对工程中出现的问题进行评价和反馈;
j. 负责顾客满意度的问讯、调查。
任职要求:
a. 建筑、风景园林、城市规划、环境艺术等专业，大专及以上学历;
b. 从事相关专业工作3年以上;
c. 具有北京市政二级建造师、一级建造师或园林工程师中级以上职称可优先考虑;
d. 掌握cad制图软件，理解工程资料软件，熟悉常用办公软件，熟练使用相关专业的仪器仪表;
e.具有较强的现场施工协调，技术指导能力;
f.具有良好的敬业精神、责任心强、吃苦耐劳，有极强的沟通协调能力及团队合作意识。

土木工程监理岗位职责
职责描述:
1.参与审阅施工图纸，参与与业主方、施工方的图纸会审、设计交底等，并提出专业意见;
2.负责项目开展中与勘查设计、施工单位等各单位间的联络、对接及协调;
3.负责项目土建工程专业与安装等各专业间的沟通协调;

任职要求:
