企业战略规划师岗位职责
职责描述:
1.精准把握企业经营管理现状，至少包含:产品分析，客户定位，服务流程，渠道通路，核心优势，重要合作伙伴，关键业务，财务状况这几个方面，并且做出总结性语言，快速解读一家公司。
2.分析行业发展趋势和目前公司未来所采取的战略发展方向。
3.结合前期调研，通过深入了解经营者的经营思路，铺助企业主思考，从而明确公司未来1-3年的发展规划与目标，明确具体的业务模式、产品定位、发展路径与核心能力提升方向，制定业务战略和职能战略，包括管控模式在内的战略支持体系。
4.了解该公司的文化体系，梳理温和企业的文化和价值主张，从而更好驱动公司发展，员工成长。
5.编制企业的经营管理手册，商业计划书等交付客户。
6.为公司提供该企业的投资风险报告，配合公司投资部门的投资业务，参与投资决策。
任职要求:
统招大学本科以上学历，有扎实的行业研究能力，具有经济、财务、金融、企业管理等相关的专业知识:
8年以上工作经验，3年以上企业战略管理，战略规划经验，有中层管理经验优先;有战略规划落地经验优先;
具有优秀的系统思考能力，战略思维，敏锐的商业洞察力，良好的文案撰写能力，以及团队协调能力。
第2篇 房地产企业战略咨询顾问（武汉）岗位职责要求
职位描述：
1.协助项目总监/项目经理参与企业咨询顾问项目的调研及报告撰写；
2.协助完成各类基础数据、信息咨询的收集及二次整理；
3.能够独立完成所分配模块内容的研究和报告撰写工作；
4.负责项目执行过程中的各类工作以及报告的撰写，确保工作的按时按量完成。
岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，经管专业优先；
2、 逻辑性强，对数字敏感，有文字表达基础
3、有志于在房地产行业长期发展，具有积极的学习能力、良好的沟通能力，以及吃苦耐劳的精神
4、1年及以上咨询工作经验优先

responsibilities
