6、项目施工监督、检查、验收;
7、负责项目开车计划和试生产操作规程编制,操作工培训、考核,开车前安全检查;
8、负责原材料质量标准、中控检测矩阵、产品质量标准编制,并报质量部门审批颁布执行;
9、负责开车技术支持(工艺异常处置,根据开车成果更新编制标准操作规程、中控矩阵),参与项目竣工验收。项目竣工图收集、整理、装订,移交存档。
