职位描述:任职资格:1、本科及以上学历,电子类相关专业(全日制),年龄38岁以下,性别不限。2三年以上led驱动电源企业工作经验,两年以上led驱动电源设计、研发及项目管理经验,具有较强的项目组织和管理能力、协调沟通能力。3熟悉led驱动电源相关的安规标准、要求及认证程序。4熟悉了解led行业,对led光源驱动技术、产品、市场动态,行业的应用状况和发展方向,提出led驱动电源产品项目解决方案。5具备led驱动电源项目总体策划编制与实施,能够独立完成项目策划、运行与跟进丰富项目管理经验,能把握项目进度,掌控各个关键点因素。6具备中国led驱动电源企业竞争力前10名从业经验的优先考虑。职责描述:1在总经理领导下,会同有关部门协商组建项目经理部。对项目经营管理工作全面负责。并按定期向总经理汇报实施情况。2以企业法人委托人身份处理与项目有关的内外部关系及签署有关合同等其他管理职权,对总经理负责。3负责led驱动电源产品项目整体策划,组织管理实施,以保质保量完成既定目标。4负责具体项目的规划、跟进实施、开发各环节的跟踪调整、把握项目进度,掌控各个关键点因素,做好项目组各成员的配合协调沟通管理控制工作。5全面负责掌控从产品立项到市场、研发、制造、验证、成本、人力等整个项目各方面资源的组织、安排、协调、调配、考核管理权责,推进项目进度按计划顺利完成。6掌握led驱动电源国内外市场动态,提出产品项目方向的解决方案。
