essential functions:

• provider offers a simple single source ordering process through ariba system provided by customer.

• support end-user inquiries for identified scope of products

• e_ecute return processing and claim processing/credit notes

• address and resolve in a timely manner all delivery disputes and order status inquiries/issues

• follow-up on and e_pedite back-orders and provide weekly open-order report

• e_ecute rush-order requests following customer’s operational procurement policies and procedures

• provide invoice resolution support

• support import & e_port formalities and prepare proper docs. for import & e_p.

• support or be the delegate by the requestor to setup new vendors in customer system.

• assist company’s sourcing team to achieve year on year saving for the company entity.

• act as a checkpoint to the controlled substance ordering

• lead the onsite service team to perform the laboratory service and supply chain service, the service scope will cover: order management, procurement, import/e_port, inventory management, goods receiving, chemical management, glassware washing, lab coat, waste management etc.

• responsible for the total ownership of the service level at customer site

minimum requirements/qualifications:

• 2-5 years of similar e_perience is required like procurement for r&d centers or pharmaceutical companies.

• ariba/sap e_perience is preferred.

• must be able to read, write and speak english very well, cet-4 is required.

• must possess a bachelors degree or above with the background of chemistry, bio-science, material science, supply chain etc.

• must display a high level of confidentiality for both the customer and thermo fisher scientific.

• must maintain thermo fisher scientifics 4i values.

• must have good communication and negotiation skills.

• must have good skill to work under pressure.
