sales account manager - 新能源业务 main tasks:
1. marketing promotion
developing annual marketing plan and budget with support marketing department
organizing to collect the information of market conditions change, customer’s requirements, and critical competitors, analyzing and predicting this information to formulate necessary actions, provide advice timely to the relevant departments. conducting market study for specific topics to support product strategy, localization strategy, market entry strategy, etc.
set plan for bu china business related marketing events, like customer tech-day and public e_hibition.
2. sales (incl. project management)
- develop product planning and pricing strategy in china
- define china product strategy and business objectives
- define the commercial terms and approve the deviations if necessary
- manage projects about customer/product
- manage overall order processing/forecast
- supply data on turnover and sales volume forecast for bp and sp planning
- help logistic to control the inventory and help finance to control the receivable
3. application/engineering (incl. design)
- serve as a competitive products e_pert, providing organizational insight into competitive products and their positioning in the china market.
- develop product programs including checking the space, calculate, simulation etc. support for cost analysis, supplier nomination and quotation.
communicate the product programs (technical review) with customer to get confirmation.
- support quality department to deal with the complaints and improvement requirements from customers.
- involve the supplier evaluation from technical side.
analysis the supplier’s process and capacity, give the evaluation for supplier nomination together with the purchasing and engineering colleagues.
- find and confirm the localized material to meet the product function.

requirements:
bachelor degree or above in equivalent mechanical engineering, business studies or automotive engineering
3-5 years or above relative working e_perience in sales and marketing in the automotive industry
