仓库主管 主要职责:

1.负责仓库日常事务的管理,仓库管理制度的落实。

2.负责业务分配及工作协调。

3.物料储存区域的规划,实行“定点、定量、定位”管理及标识工作。

4.物料保管,做好防火、防盗、防水、防压、防变质等工作。

5.数量管理,保持账、物、卡一致。

6.执行物料进出仓制度,进仓有依据、出仓有凭证。

仓库物流主管 main responsibilities

• manage the warehouse and internal logistics team

o ensure all health and safety rules are applied

o monitor kpi results for the different activities

o defined team targets and people development

o define polyvalence matri_ and training plan

o promote values within his team

o implement routines & reviews with his team

• warehouse & internal logistics budget ownership

o monitor his cost vs budget

o propose cost reduction

• inventory management

o ensure inventory accuracy (cycle counting and api)

o ensure the product integrity end to end

o ensure 5s deployment and daily management in his area

o monitor e_ternal warehouses if applicable

• monitor kpis, main ones are:

o receiving lead time

o otif to customers (internal & e_ternal)

o inventory accuracy

o health & safety: accidents or near miss

o team efficiency (measured through routings)

o ensure standardized work and procedures are applied

o ensure work instructions are up to date

o define and implement routing and measure efficiency

o missing parts information collection and follow up until line feed.

o ensure compliance of receiving and shipping windows

- continuous improvement:

o continual improvement in warehouse function and cross-function interaction. internal customer oriented (assembly and manufacturing).

o record deviation, analyse root cause to and implement corrective actions

o lead improvement workshops

o support and attend multi-departments projects as e_pert for warehousing and packaging activities
