吹塑工程师 岗位职责:

1. define the technical specification for prototype and serial production tooling to supplier for quotation.

2. validate the supplier’s design proposition.

3. follow the equipment manufacturing, manage the supplier and make the tool acceptance. 4. validate and follow all the tool modification with the supplier.

5. participate the blowing trial preparation, pilot the blowing trial and make the trial synthesis for the prototype or serial blowing tools.

6. during the blowing trial, define and validate the blowing process parameter to get the blowing tank shell confirmed with product specification, and a stable production process.

7. perform the process training for technician.

8. according to the requirement of plant, ensure the technical support for productivity, quality and process problem.

1. bachelor major in mechanical design or mould design or plastic & macromolecule engineering.

2. minimum 3 years’ e_perience for blowing technology for rubber.

3. mastery of 3d blowing technology and process.

4. good knowledge of mould design, manufacturing, treatment, casting technology.

5. mastery of cad software (ug (preferred) or solidworks or catia, autocad).

6. good communication skill with internal & e_ternal interface.
