the senior consultant will be based in guangzhou and prepared to undertake internal and international travel as required. working with the rest of impactt team to develop and deliver high quality project work and develop and manage their own team, the project manager will have responsibility for advising on various projects from child labour remediation to improvements in hr systems to training. you will assume the overall management of several client portfolios. knowledge and e_perience of working in manufacture hr field or quality field is preferable. the balance will depend on the quality of applicant.

•lead various csr capacity building projects for workers, factories and international companies on supply chain labour standard issues in china

•lead impactt projects such as audits, training and factory improvement projects

•develop materials, guidelines and tools to implement various projects

•develop marketing materials as required
