operations and customer service:

- to be window person for key account (ka) in china

- to coordinate with mcs china ka operation team to secure smooth operation and seamless communication with ka china transport

职责描述:

job description: officer, human resources

the officer, human resources will be responsible for day-to-day e_ecution of the human resources division activities including but not limited to on-boarding of new staff members, payroll administration, benefits administration, hris administration (human resources records, attendance records, leave and overtime records), etc., as per the policies and processes of the bank. the officer, human resources will be reporting to the chief, human resources.

specific responsibilities include but not limited to:

manage end-to-end on-boarding of the newstaff members in the bank. assist in induction program for the new staffmembers.

perform day-to-day error free, on timepayroll and benefits administration and processing function while ensuringcompliance with all policies, guidelines and processes of the bank. ensuretimely data, including addition, deletion or changes, is provided to thepayroll and benefits vendor as per the cut off dates.
