职位要求：
1. master degree or above， degree qualified in finance， economics， mathematics，
science， engineering or law. overseas education background is preferred.硕士及以
上学历，具有金融、经济、数学、科学、工程或法律学位，有海外留学经验优先；
2. strong chinese and english translation skills.熟练的中英文写作和口语表达能力；
3. a basic understanding of the financial industry. it can be acquired through
cooperation with these clients in auditing， ta_ation or accounting， or through
positions in relevant companies.对金融行业有基本的了解，理解可以通过与这些客户在
审计、税务或会计方面的合作获得，或通过在相关公司担任职务获得；
4. strong communication skills， deep thinking skills and innovative spirit.创新精神，善
于独立思考，深度思考能力强，善于沟通，并具备良好的团队合作意识。
5. at least proficient in using one of the programming languages， such as matlab， r，
python， e_cel， vba， etc.， with strong mathematical， analytical and problem-solving
