2、 精通epdm、nbr 等橡胶的混炼配方、混炼,开炼的技术工艺,胶片的性能检测。
3、 基本掌握平板硫化机、注胶机的生产工艺及工艺参数。
4、 基本掌握模压模具和注胶模具的制作和生产工艺。

1. responsible for the development and provide guidance for milling of damping products formulation ， solve the current bottleneck problems (such as: blending with rubber， improve the engineering stability)， improve the efficiency of the mi_ing effect of damping material， thereby improving the performance of damping materials and ensuring material process stability.
2. provide guidance and management of daily material control engineers guide the work methods， material blending mechanism， process verification methods， etc.， and regularly give special training to materials/materials process engineers.
3. develop a new material mi_ing process according to the companys new formulation process requirements， and the production formula performance meets the test formula performance requirements;
4. modifying e_isting material mi_ing and milling formulation .
