1、确认研发图纸、bom表、产品规格书;

2、主导试产、评估生产工艺治具设备需求,试制问题点解决,改良及反馈给研发部;

3、主导新产品导入;

4、主导研发设计完成量产结束的质量控制,实现对设计分析的控制;

任职要求:

1、本科以上学历,电子相关专业;

2、英语四级以上,可单独完成中英文sop,可翻译英文邮件;

3、熟练使用pcb班制度,对电子元器件性能非常了解,能够分析pcb板设计缺陷及改良方案;

4、新产品导入经验5年以上;

5、较强的协调、组织沟通能力

u制定产品工艺流程,标准工时,产量,生产成本;

u产品生产作业指导书编制;

u生产设备工艺参数科学设定与日常有效性验证;
