职责描述：
1、参与体外诊断试剂（pcr方法）分子诊断产品研发从前期预研、可行性论证，立项研发到注册等全过程；
2、负责项目的进度，团队的协调，保证项目按计划完成，并达到所需的质量要求
3、了解国内外诊断试剂的发展动态，对产品和技术的引进开发提出可行性建议；
4、制订并实施研发项目进度计划，配合试生产、产品申报相关工作；
5、制订项目技术标准及相关工作操作流程、操作标准；
6、进行项目研发资料的整理、如实对试验进行记录并整理、汇总、分析，定期向上级汇报工作；
7、在工作中能够提出新的想法，思维缜密，活跃；在规定的时间节点内快速、高效完成工作。
8、接受上级安排的其他事务性工作，并对其工作内容负责。

任职要求：
1、免疫学、生物学、检验学、医学及相关专业硕士及以上，要求有经验三年以上ivd肿瘤研发；
2、熟悉体外诊断试剂产品申报、专利书写申报者优先；
3、需要有pcr、荧光定量pcr等相关项目研发经验；
4、熟练使用相关分子生物学工具软件，具备较强的书面表达能力，较好的英文阅读与沟通能力；
5、具有其他分子生物技术或平台，如基因测序、基因芯片等研发经验者优先考虑；
6、良好的沟通和协调能力、逻辑分析能力，良好的团结合作精神，抗压能力
