• responsible for build a balanced project risk management system to ensure that all pms can take ownership for risk resolution, mitigation, and escalation plans.

• responsible for standardization of the project governance process of infra, such as optimization processes, tools, resources, and technology sharing. identify various risks and provide early warning and advice.

• support on infra program management, and support functions project manager on project plan, project gate control, and risk/issue management.

• support on pm training, and standardize project management tools and reporting at organization

• facilitate infra program meeting, and prepare program report with support of other pm

• ownership of end-to-end (technical and non-technical) project quality

• implement appropriate project structures to ensure smooth and consistent delivery towards defined project milestones.

4. understanding of wide technology on datacenter service, as midrange, server, operation system, network, infrastructure basic service, visualization, storage, backup, monitoring, and facility.

5. e_perience of it infrastructure project and service delivery method.

主要/核心职责

1.与业务部门密切合作,深入了解所负责业务领域的商业环境、关键绩效指标、运营模式及流程、信息技术解决方案如何支持业务运作等;
