(一)部门职责
1.营销需求计划执行
根据供应链管理部提供的营销需求计划，合理制定生产部门日排产计划，负责打码作业，并协助与监督生产部门保质保量完成任务。
2.制定生产报表、工作月报、工资计算
2.1建立生产报表，每日与erp系统核对，确保数据真实准确。
2.2每月4日前完成生产部门上个月度工作月报。
2.3每月4日前完成生产部门上个月度工资计算，并及时核对，确保工资金额的正确性。
2.4参与生产部门工资方案的商讨。
3.生产成本核算与管控
3.1负责根据公司经营管理目标，按照目标管理的原则进行逐层分解，分析生产部门中各类消耗，制定合理的生产经营管控目标，以确保公司经营目标的达成。
3.2对于未达成生产目标的部门，由生产协调部每月组织召开经营检讨会，由各生产部门分析原因并对策，生产协调部负责跟踪落实。
4.生产工艺及文件管理

1、生产协调部经理
1.1负责根据公司经营需求，制定生产协调部相关管理制度，不断更新及完善制度架构，确保部门管理水平符合公司经营需求。
1.2负责根据公司经营管理目标，按照目标管理的原则进行逐层分解，分析生产部门中各类消耗，制定合理的管控目标及保证措施，以确保公司经营目标的达成。
1.3负责管理《生产工艺流程》、《设备安全操作规程》以及各岗位《作业指导书》的制定与修订，并监督生产执行状况。
1.4负责生产部门产能评估及工艺改进事项，实现岗位人员优化配置，不断提高生产效率。
1.5负责合理调配生产部门的排产安排，做到转产协调，排产均衡。
1.6负责主导生产系统内各项专案的推行。
1.7负责培育部属，并做好教育训练及传承工作之推展。
2、统计员
2.1负责按照生产管理需求，制定生产各项目数据管理计划。
2.2负责erp数据管理规则，进行生产数据统计/查核，及数据档案管理，确保生产数据管理符合生产管理需求。
2.3负责依据生产管理需求，进行部门文管(iso)事项及工作联络事项的处理完成。
2.4负责协助部门主管，执行部门工作管理(绩效)及岗位配置，培训生产技术及工作标准，不断优化生产人员工作技能及效率水平，以符合部门经营发展需求。
2.5负责生产部门的产能评估事宜及相关bom制定。
2.6负责所对应服务的生产部门员工的计件工资核算及工作月报书写。
2.7负责部门人员出勤状况、绩效考核的汇总，并及时送予人事行政部。
2.8负责参与生产部门6s及安全查核。
3、领料员
3.1负责按照供应链管理部的周排产计划，制定每日生产排程计划。
3.2负责部门各种生产材料的查实与跟催，确保生产进度符合生产管理需求。
3.3负责依据生产管理需求，进行部门(包材、原纸的领、退库)事项的处理完成。
3.4负责生产部门工艺参数的制定以及参与生产部门6s及安全查核。
3.5负责打码事项的安排，确保符合生产管理需求。
3.6负责协助部门主管培训打码技术及工作标准，不断优化打码人员工作技能及效率水平，以符合部门经营发展需求。
4、打码员
4.1负责执行完成当班的打码任务。
4.2负责包材的领用、发料、退库作业。
