四、设计思路
可以在中班的基础上扩大范围，而且要着重讨论不同交通工具的运用情况，提高幼儿分常见交通工具的名称、外形特征和功能幼儿在中班时就已有所了解，所以大班认识交通工析问题的能力。
本活动的`重点是发展幼儿的探索精神，因此活动设计首先采用讨论的方式引起幼儿的求知欲。然后安排探索活动让幼儿自己设法获取答案。在幼儿探索的过程中教育要有意识地了解幼儿探索的情况，并帮助幼儿完成探索结果的表达。最后可以通过集体活动交流探索的经验，扩大知识面，引起进一步探索的愿望。
五、活动流程
讨论——探索——交流
1、通过讨论引起幼儿了解各种交通工具及其演变的兴趣。
设问⑴：如果要把物品或人从一个地方送到另一个地方该怎么办？（鼓励幼儿说出各种办法，并适当讨论和分析。）
设问⑵：你最喜欢哪种交通工具、为什么？
设问⑶：飞机和轮船开始时是怎么样的？
说明：
讨论的目的是引起幼儿的求知欲，激发探索了解的愿望，所以教师不应多介绍有关的知识。
通过探索活动发展幼儿的求知欲和探索精神。
说明
探索活动是分散进行的，而且要持续一段时间。在此期间，叫要注意了解幼儿的探索情况，督促幼儿积极探索，并要求幼儿把有关资料陈列出来，引导幼儿互相交流。
2、通过交流活动扩大幼儿的知识面，提高幼儿的探索能力。
