职责范围:
1. business analysis
under it application director or it development manager’s guidance and supervision， to work with users to identify and solve business problems， analyze business and user needs， and develops recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations. responsible for optimizing corporation business performance by enhancing the alignment between business processes and it application platform. responsible for gathering users’ requirements and performing research and analysis to support business operations. determines best practices and suggests how to improve current practices.
2. system development
under it development manager’s guidance and supervision， to finalize system detail requirement， prepare the technical feasibility for it development manager’s review to solve comple_ problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations， operating time and form of desired results. responsible for program design， analysis， coding， testing， debugging， and documentation. assist it development manager to ensure all projects to be delivered per schedule， responsible for controlling the programming quality. study any new it technic for better system development platform.
3. system support
under it development manager guideline， responsible for monitoring information systems operations and implementation of any new developed system and modifications. under it development director/manager’s guidance and supervision， to assist ma_imizing opportunities to utilize system data to improve business processes. assist it development director/manager to implement best practice， monitor the data integrity and resolve related technic issue. 教育程度/经验

第2篇 高级系统分析员职位描述与岗位职责任职要求
职位描述：
职责描述：
1. 参与所有应用系统的开发，包括bi，数据库系统的实施和维护
2. 负责业务需求分析、评估、客户定制化、开发、测试和实施
3.管理供应商和实施顾问，以确保及时准确地完成项目交付
4. 分析和评估系统规范，以明确是否达成需求
5. 收集用户需求，包括程序需求、实施目标、功能模块、特性、系统输入输出功能等要求
6. 完成主管委派的其他工作任务
职位要求：
1. 本科或以上学历及5年以上相关工作经验，其中3年或以上bi项目管理经验
2. 精通数据建模，olap及etl应用
3. 必须具备oracle biee的实操经验
4. 有数据优化、监测及容量计划方面的经验
5. 精通.net framework， asp.net(c#)， vb.net， _ml， javascript and iis
6. bi产品，例如finebi， finereport， qlik view， qlik sense and tableau等方面的经验
7. 积极主动、独立承担工作以及良好的沟通和协调能力

信息系统分析员岗位职责

2、熟悉面向对象技术架构，对当前主流的软件技术及网络技术及设计工具有较全面的掌握;
3、有信息系统的咨询、设计、开发或实施经验;

岗位职责:
1、对主要客户进行系统建设的咨询服务，提供相关建设方案并进行现场技术支持;
