第1篇 大数据挖掘/人工智能/机器学习 首席架构师职位描述与岗位职责任职要求
职位描述：

3.与相关部门（市场部，医学技术部 等）紧密合作，不断更新宝藤集团人工智能方面的技术和产品

5.积极帮助同事，具有团队合作的精神
6.遵守公司的各项规章/制度等
资格要求：
1.博士及以上学历，数学，生物信息，计算机，神经网络，机器学习 等相关专业
2.熟悉人工智能学习的基本工作原理及其架构，包括 常用的搜索理论，推理策略，人工智能架构及其编程语言 等
3.熟悉人工神经网络的学习机理，人工神经网络模型 等。熟悉机器学习的原理和架构。
4.熟悉常用的智能学习算法，如 贝叶斯算法，决策树，回归，knn算法，svm， boosting 算法，em 算法，感知器学习算法，k-means等。
5.最好有分子诊断方面的知识和经验，如 dna/rna/蛋白质组学/代谢组学 等相关的知识 等。
6.5年以上的人工智能学习相关方面（和其算法）的开发经验。5年及以上 的.net/c#/asp.net/c++/matlab/r/scala/python/java 和 数据库 的开发经验。熟悉b/s 架构的程序开发。
7.熟悉大数据挖掘框架，包括 hadoop， spark， tensorflow， caffe等
8.有医疗行业相关的经验者为先。
9.有良好的沟通能力，具有团队合作的精神
10.自学能力强，工作态度好，积极向上者为先

职位描述：
工作职责：
1、根据公司战略需求，制定公司产品研发计划、目标和实施方案，保证研发项目按期、保质、保量完成，项目管理及团队建设；
2.确立技术路线， 建立开发流程，
3、负责产品市场信息收集，产品创意概念提炼，指导产品规划落实，并督导研发工作；
4、负责公司技术研发团队的管理，协调内外部资源，为研发工作提供良好的平台；
