1、 根据公司总体战略规划,领导统筹配送部门整体工作,.完善本部门工作流程制度,制定部门的发展规划和各项工作目标达成方案;

2、 监督实施物流体系职责与管理标准,制定与控制部门运作成本预算;制定物流的质量标准,监控配送的运作质量;

3、 负责运力的整体规划,承运商管理及kpi评价,负责对临时业务运力采购的协助与审核;

4、 负责定期组织各承运商服务绩效评价会,提出改善要求,并有针对性的对承运商的管理和运营能力的提升和完善做相应支持;

5、 根据承运商考核评价结果,对改善不达标的承运商实施相应的合作级别、线路、份额等调整;受理承运商投诉和考核申述,负责组织承运商争议事项的协调和处理;负责承运商管理规定的编制、修订及培训,承运商资质的审核备案及运输合同的签订归档;

6、负责自有司机和部门员工的招聘培训;

7、 负责部门人员管理和绩效考核;

8、 负责自有车辆管理;

9、 负责部门各环节的运作kpi指标达成情况;对配送工作进行总结和完善,提升客户满意度;

任职要求:

1、大专及以上学历,5年以上物流工作经验,至少3年以上物流管理岗位工作经验;

2、熟悉电商或b2b生鲜运输业务的管理流程,了解运营质量及标准,有较强的组织协调能力,计划统筹能力;有承运商管理、资源管理、招标管理、及资源整合等相关能力;

3、要求熟练使用各种办公软件

4、具有创业心态,了解市场发运行情和同类物流公司的状况;

5、果断的判断力,成本意识,独立思考的能力,分析能力,团队管理能力,大局意识。

作为一个团队主管,培训及管理两名in-house, 协调整个系统操作、现场操作管理和日常业务协调等工作。

根据销售计划,每天安排仓储和运输的工作计划。定期与公司内部和外部相关部门沟通,确保物流和信息流的流转通畅性。监督物流供应商的日常表现,确保其操作符合我们的业务需求和运营合规。

arrange daily operation schedule for warehousing and domestics transportation according to sales plan. communicate with internal and outer departments to ensure smooth for logistics flow and information flow. monitor 3pls’ performance and make sure their performance can meet our request and comply with regulatory.

收集公司内部和外部客户的投诉反馈及业务需求,定期举行和物流供应商的绩效回顾,确保其操作的准确性和及时性符合kpi标准,及时跟进所有投诉和业务需求,支持操作的持续改善。

strong communication skill

有较强的数据分析能力和报告能力

good data analysing and presentation skills

较强的英语读写和合格的听说能力

good at written and reading in english, workable in oral and listening.

教育education:

本科学历以上,供应链专业、数学专业、工商管理背景更佳

college degree, preferably with background in scm、math or business

项目管理培训背景佳

pmp is preferred
