产品培训师岗位职责
职责描述:
1、承担培训班主任工作，编写开班计划，协调开班准备，协调处理培训过程中的事件;
2、承担培训授课工作，收集教学中的学员信息(问题、意见或建议)，汇总反馈技术问题;
3、组织培训效果调查和满意度评估，并及时总结反馈;
4、根据要求，完成培训课程开发任务;
5、完成上级主管安排的临时工作。
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历，自动化相关专业或工科背景;
2、精通自动控制知识和自动产品知识，掌握心理学和教育学知识，了解自动化行业相关产品的技术知识;
3、具有较强的表达能力、学习能力、沟通及组织协调能力;
4、一年以上自动控制相关行业的技术培训或工程实施工作经验;
5、计算机二级;cet六级或有良好的英语听说读写能力者优先。

1、 相关金融知识的培训,包括但不限于私募基金、私募股权等专业知识培训;
2、 配合公司品牌推广,协助实施公司各种营销活动、项目路演、对外会议等大型活动;
3、 调查培训需求,编制、调整、执行培训计划;
4、2年以上培训相关工作经验,有金融行业培训讲师经验优先考虑;
任职要求:
1、从事金融产品培训讲师3年以上,包括公募、私募基金、银行、证券、信托等金融机构和培训方面的工作经验
2、主持过商务会议,例如招商会,行业峰会、项目论坛、沙龙讲座、产品发布会等,逻辑思维清晰,有良好的现场调节和控场能力
3、具备私募基金、资管产品、风险管理等金融知识;有较强的沟通能力、感染力、组织策划能力及统筹能力;
4、具有良好的敬业精神、创新意识和团队合作精神。
5、面试时需提供过往培训课件或提纲,并且有做过客户营销活动的优先

8. 擅于持续性学习。
