■overall plan to the design team. project team， tool manufacturing/test team， tool outsourcing team， tool setup team， maintenance team and sub supplier supply etc.
整体计划于设计团队，项目团队，模具制造/测试团队，生产模具换模团队，模具采购团队，维护保养团队和分供应商供应等
■coordinate with other functional team to secure the daily business get plan and achieved according to plan.
协调与其它功能团队指定工作计划并确保计划得以完成

模具主管工程师岗位职责
岗位职责:
1. 根据设计标准要求按时完成设计工作;
2. 组织设计评审，及时提出设计思路，方案与项目沟通;
3. 及时处理和反映设计过程中发生的各类问题，及时沟通;
4. 认真填写设计工序的各项表单记录;
5. 负责新模具的3d设计、变更，2d图纸的建立及生产修改模具的数据变更;
6. 参与项目前期分析、检付，协助pe完成前期dfm报告;
7. 完成上级交办的其他事项。
任职资格:
1、40岁以下，大专及以上学历;

3、品貌端正、无不良嗜好、有高度的责任心和团队精神，吃苦耐劳。岗位职责:
