对外中文老师岗位职责
1对1教英国人学中文，每周工作2-3天，每天2小时。
(从9月初开始)
任职资格:
1 本科及以上学历，英语6级以上，应届毕业生也可;
2 具有很强的中文表达能力，普通话标准，口齿伶俐;
3 具有较强的亲和力，讲课生动活泼，知识面宽广;
4 工作积极主动，责任心强。

第4篇 中文老师岗位职责任职要求
中文老师岗位职责
职责描述:
1. take responsibility for the implementation of and compliance with policies and procedures relating to safeguarding， health， safety， security， confidentiality and data protection， reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.
2. to plan and teach mandarin as set out in the mandarin program with a focus in chineseas native language. provide termly or half‑termly and weekly / daily planningof lessons to meet the needs of the children.
3. monitor behaviour， relationships and social development of the children in the class.
4. maintain regular communication with the parents.
5. become informed about and encourage all aspects of each child’s school life: moral，spiritual， physical， academic， artistic， musical， sporting and leisure pursuit.
6. maintain a tidy， safe and stimulating classroom environment with changing displays of children’s work， where resources can be accessed appropriately by all children.
7. plan appropriately to meet the needs of all children， demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the eyfs requirements.
8. keep appropriate and efficient records， integrating formative and summative assessment into weekly and termly planning.
9. completing half termly tracking assessments and teacher assessments in line with procedures.
10. establish professional and effective communication with parents， reporting to them formally and informally on the development， progress and attainment of children.
11. discharge the required administrative and supervisory duties efficiently， upholding the policy of the school as laid down in the staff handbook and teaching standards.
12. maintain an orderly and productive learning environment by employing good classroom techniques， resources and management skills in line with pre-prep procedures.
13. maintain good order and discipline amongst children， in accordance with the pre-prep behaviour procedures.
14. communicate with the sendco over any children with specific learning needs.
15. to follow the requirements of the equality of opportunity policy of junior king’s to ensure an environment that is free from prejudice and anti-discriminatory in all aspects.
16. to research and summarise new developments in early years teaching.
任职要求:
1、bachelor degree or above in early childhood education related majors;
2、3+ years of e_perience in early childhood education， preferably at international school;
3、kindergarten teacher qualification certificate holder;
4、fluent in both mandarin and english.
