5、热爱软件测试工作,工作细致认真,有耐心有责任心,有团队管理经验.
6、具备较强的逻辑分析及学习能力,有良好的团队合作意识,有强烈的责任心和积极主动的工作态度,较强的沟通能力和表达能力
7、熟练使用至少一门脚本或编程语言php java shell python

you will apply your android & ios mobile app testing and uat e_perience to evaluate quality of bmw/mini connected apps and bmw online store.
attend monthly business trip of diverse uat locations, coordinating domestic sites and core testing department in shanghai.
major responsibilities for this position include:
1. coordinate with uat testing teams to deliver qualified testing.
2. review test plan and test strategy.
3. support uat team to prepare testing environment, e_ecute tests and track defects in test management tools (alm, jira and etc.).

任职要求:
- 5-7 years’ testing e_perience including uat

- solid e_perience of test plan, test strategy, test case, test e_ecution, defect management and report.
- good understanding and practice in software testing process and methodologies.
- familiarity with application lifecycle management (alm), jira or other test management tools.
- ability to work with different teams and deliver efficiently.
- good sense on risk management.
- good ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly.
- e_perience and knowledge in vehicle industry is a plus.
