研发工业化/工艺技术员 倍耐力 倍耐力轮胎有限公司,pirelli,倍耐力,倍耐力 职责描述:
1.按照产品工业化计划推进轮胎实验计划。make the tires testing schedule according the indu plan .
2.调试确定工艺参数,保证轮胎性能。 setting the process parameter for confirm the tire’s performance.
3.制定替换轮胎的成型施工标准,进行轮胎实验。make the replace tire specification, and make the tire testing.
4.制定硫化施工标准, 确保轮胎硫化性能稳定。 make the curing specification, make sure the tire curing performance.
5.改进现有的轮胎工艺,提升、改进现有轮胎性能。 improving the current tire process for improve the tire performance.
6.安排轮胎的室内、室外试验,检验轮胎性能。 arrange the tire indoor and outdoor testing for verify the tire performance.
任职要求:
1.大专学历以上college degree or above( could be fle_ible if rich e_perience)
2.工作层面的英语交流 english communication from job point of view.
3.了解生产工艺 familiar with the process

建筑供配电，照明系统，消防报警系统，安防系统，防雷设施，建筑设备自动化等相关方向。
确保项目交付:总体项目可行性研究，满足客户需求，保证项目安全/质量/成本/时间。
任职要求:
本科及以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验。
具备项目管理经验者优先。
沟通、合作、学习能力。

1. agriculture & forestry radial & _-ply tire structural design and development， on time and success complete development according to development plan (design drawings/spec/tooling etc.)
2. follow new development sizes prototypes & volume trial production， collect detail data & test result analysis and purpose countermeasure
3. optimization & improvement for regular production sizes
4. analysis and purpose countermeasure for regular production structural quality problem and customer complain
5. other work like complete iso 9000 document etc.
6. report to hq the status of all the ongoing activities
