岗位职责:
1、城市服务中心维修实施人员,负责接车预检并开展实际车辆保养与机电维修;
2、填写工单及技术报告等文档;
3、进行索赔提报并提供技术反馈报告;
4、提交案例报告;
5、参加技术培训并协助培训新技师;
6、按照安全作业规范实施维修作业;
7、接受外派维修或依据排班进行现场技术救援。
职位要求:
1、8年以上汽车售后机电维修经验,须机电组长或技术经理级别,3年以上新能源汽车维修经验,具备新能源主机厂技术支持经验为佳;
2、具备新能源汽车尤其是三电系统维修经验,能进行高压电部件独立维修者优先;
3、专科及以上学历,物流、汽车相关专业;
4、有较强的数据分析能力,报告制作能力,熟练使用数据分析工具;
5、以客户为导向,有较强的沟通及团队合作能力;
6、具备机电维修从业资格证及低压电工证者优先。

职位描述:
岗位职责:
1.处理客户产品技术方面的投诉,及时向客户反馈结果并定期回访;
2.为客户提供现场服务工作,对公司提供的设备故障做判断、分析、维修和保养;
3.指导终端客户正确使用产品、解决常见问题、介绍相关知识并收集整理客户的反馈信息;
4.根据投诉总结与市场反馈向技术部门提出产品改进意见,协调拟定改进方案,促进改善产品质量;
5.根据客户要求接受特殊订单,配合做好售后技术支持;
6.结合产品特性、使用手册组织实施对客户技术培训;
7.发掘潜在的服务机会,进行维修保养协议销售工作,如提供服务介绍、公司产品和发展的宣传。
职位要求:
1.一年以上机电或机械维修工作经历;
2.能吃苦耐劳,责任心强,工作认真,有较好的服务意识及压力承受能力;
3.售后技术支持,相关产品维护及测试等相关工作经验;
4.良好的客户服务意思、团队合作精神及沟通表达能力;
5.工作讲究效率,细致认真责任心强;
6.有电工操作证书或电焊工操作证书优先考虑;
7.年龄35岁以下,能进行高空作业(10米左右),能适应周边;
8.有驾照者优先。
