4.懂得机械加工的市场行情，有一定的成本和工时核算经验;
5.懂得一定的焊接夹具装配关系有机械加工工艺编制经验者优先考虑;
6.有在军工企业的工艺岗位上工作经历者优录;
7.有数控车床、数控加工中心实际操作经验;
8.身体健康，能胜任本职工作，有团队精神，服从公司管理，无不良嗜好。

机械制造经理岗位职责
职责描述:
1、 负责全周期项目管理，包括立项评审、项目计划、项目执行，范围控制、项目资源计划和协调，项目风险管控等，以确保项目交付项和里程碑验收的按时完成和达成;
2、 负责项目资源协调、任务分配，工作绩效管理;负责主持召开项目组会议，向客户及公司管理层汇报项目情况;
3、 负责现场与客户方项目关键用户的沟通;负责项目交付进度和质量的管理;
4、 负责持续跟踪项目进度，识别并管控项目中存在的风险，提升项目交付质量;
5、负责收集并引导用户需求，协助销售和bdm，挖掘并获取新的商业机会。
任职要求:
1、 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、it相关专业;
2、 具有3年以上大中型软件开发或交付类项目管理经验，5年以上大中型企业it信息化建设工作经验;
3、 熟悉软件开发过程和原理，具有系统架构能力和经验;
4、 熟悉项目管理、软件工程、质量管理等相关知识，掌握相关工具的使用;
5、 具有优秀的需求理解、系统分析、设计和文档编写能力;
6、有较强的责任心，组织管理能力，具备较强的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神;

5. manage changes to project scope， schedule and costs using appropriate techniques
6. measure project performance with appropriate tools line microsoft project
7. report out to the e_ecutive team periodically
8. perform risk management and minimize project risks
9. establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
10. ensure that the project is delivered on time， on quality and within budget
11. coordinate the activities of internal parties and third party vendors to successfully e_ecute the project

2. lean si_ sigma certification (black belt) preferred
