第2篇 热处理工程师岗位职责任职要求
热处理工程师岗位职责
职责描述:
1、根据公司的产品设计要求，负责热处理工艺工作，确保产品性能指标的按计划达成;
2、根据产品设计要求及失效分析，负责制定热处理工艺的优化目标，对材料及工艺进行优化，提升产品市场竞争力;
3、负责工艺技术规范、标准文件的修订，确保人员能力满足岗位要求。
任职要求:
1、大专及以上学历，材料、热处理等相关专业;
2、热处理工作3年及以上工作经验;
3、熟练运用金属材料热处理工艺;主导非晶、纳米晶、铁氧体材料热处理工艺开发、技术规范制定。熟悉热处理现场生产流程及设备参数，能够指导热处理现场生产。
第3篇 热处理工艺工程师岗位职责任职要求
热处理工艺工程师岗位职责
职责描述:
1. develop and improve the process incl. related support processes， define the process specification and estimate the potential quality problem in production line. create process description and test/inspection/verification methods;
2. self-dependent planning and performing of process development， incl. procurement of needed parts， material， fi_ture and equipment; try-out in accordance with station availability;
3. advise and assist the procurement of equipment， fi_ture， devices and tools which meet corporate and customer quality and financial requirements， and monitoring the performance of them on shop floor;
4. assis with the development of process document such as pfema， process flow charts， control plan etc. with manufacturing units as required;
5. plan and implement the training program for relevant personnel;
6. be responsible for the trouble shooting and root cause analysis with support of quality team， maintenance team and technique team;
7. be responsible for new product transfer project， include process flow definition， equipment purchasing and acceptance， new sample production;
任职要求:
1. bachelor or master degree in metallic material;
2. chinese， english language skills， german optional;
3. at least 3 years’ e_perience in automotive business;
4. analytical ability， honesty and integrity， willing to learn new knowledge;
5. know-how of cqi-9 and q-tools， such as doe， pfema etc.
