2.曾独立制作500万左右智能化系统方案及设计工作。
3.对智能化系统中的子系统(安防，计算机网络，综合布线系统，ba，机房工程，电源，排队叫号，信息发布，ibms，停车场管理系统，有线电视系统，可视对讲，公共广播，ap等)熟知。
4.对机房系统中的子系统熟悉，可以独立完成中小型数据机房的设计及方案工作。
5.有军队，铁路等行业经验者优先。
6.熟练使用cad等软件。

第2篇 工程部强弱电岗位职责任职要求
工程部强弱电岗位职责
职责描述:
1、在工程经理的领导下，全面负责物管工程部的强弱电工程类管理工作;
2、贯彻落实物业管理总目标，保证强弱电工程管理体系的有效运行，对管理与服务的质量进行管控。
3、编制设备维修保养计划及应急预案，负责所有强弱电电设备、系统的正常运行、管理、维护、维修、保养，全面掌握强弱电电系统及其设备的性能和使用方法。
任职要求:
1、5年以上大型物业强弱电系统管理经验，具有中级及以上职称;
2、有丰富的强弱电专业知识和技术问题处理经验;
3、具备一定的管理、组织能力与良好的沟通协调能力;
4、熟悉和遵守国家有关电气设备管理、运行等方面的法规、规范及安全操作规程;
5、工作严谨，预控性、计划性﹑沟通协调能力强，责任心强。
6、熟悉大型设备、配电室、机房等强电工程施工管理。
第3篇 物业弱电岗位职责任职要求
物业弱电岗位职责
职责描述:
职责描述:
1、 负责保障监控系统、火灾自动报警系统、楼宇自控系统、门禁可视对讲系统、内部的网络、电话和有线电视系统、停车管理系统等设备设施的正常运行。
2、 负责协助配合歌华有线、中国联通、中国电信、中国移动等相关单位保障有线电视、固定电话和无线网络办公、手机信号等系统设备正常运行。
3、 负责制定、落实弱电专业设备保养、检修、更新、改造、添置和代维等工作的计划，提交上级审批后执行。
4、 负责制定弱电设备设施管理维护的各项规章制度和标准。
5、 负责对本专业人员进行管理、安全教育和专业技能培训和考评，使人员业务素质的得到不断提高。
6、 负责收集弱电设备设施和电梯有关技术资料和图纸，建立、建全设备管理档案;整理、保存设备运行记录、检修记录、事故记录、巡视记录、值班记录等。
7、 负责各个管理区域内弱电系统的技术维护和管理，按质量要求制定管理办法和运行维护规范，监督、检查、指导各个管理区域内运行管理班组对弱电设备、线路的维护保养工作。
8、 负责本专业相关项目的费用控制、审核和经济分析，制定年预算计划。
9、 掌握紧急事件处理程序，遇突发事件应及时同相关部门进行处理。负责组织实施与本专业相关的防火、防盗、防止人身伤亡事故和设备设施故障事故的安全防范工作。
10、 负责对业主二次装修本专业的图纸审核及验收工作。处理解决业主对本专业工作的投诉意见。
11、 完成领导交办的临时性工作。
任职要求:
1、熟悉电脑、网络管理程序，能够识图及系统操作并具有简便维修绘图能力。
2、身体健康，大专(或同等学历)以上学历，熟悉国家有关法律、法规有关知识;
3、有楼宇自动化证书，具有5年以上相关工作经验(在酒店工作三年以上者优先考虑);
4、具备较强的组织管理能力和对突发事件的判断、处置能力，思维缜密，工作井井有条，善于沟通，协调能力强，为人正派，作风踏实，工作深入。

职责描述:
任职资格:
1、全日制本科及以上学历，暖通、电气、计算机应用、控制自动化等相关专业;
2、2年以上机电工程类模块专业技能及机电工程管理相关经验
任职要求:
1、负责协助工程师工作，并协助工程师编制“慧云”智能化管理系统各系统运行模式，上报公司审批。
2、负责协助工程师监视各系统设备日常运行参数、运行方式;
3、现设备参数及视频异常情况或出现问题与报警的信息，负责前往现场、核实、确认，并汇报查看结果;
4、如设备出现故障，应与上级部门联系维修，并跟踪设备问题处理的情况;
