- work with global team to define the headlamp system for apac market.

- identify china customer needs; support ccp， study benchmark design and communicate with supplier.

- create part development timing according to master timing in pdp system.

- input requirements to supplier， such as， appearance， interface， function and performance.

2.预算管理

同项目组成员确认预算需求， 跟踪项目保证按照计划的资源及预算进行。

3. 部门协调

项目进度在it系统中有清晰明确的文件输入要求，项目经理必须时刻关注项目进度状态。

5. 项目控制

跟踪项目进度，随时同项目组成员合作协调问题解决，如项目进度计划，成本计划与原计划出现偏差，上报问题并及时采取纠正措施达到项目目标。

新能源项目总监岗位职责

职责描述:

1、负责本项目危险因素辨识、评价，制定控制措施并实施;按要求开展安全评价工作，对安全风险较高的活动和危险作业组织制定安全技术措施和应急处置方案;

2、制定并实施本单位hse工作计划、hse检查计划、hse教育培训计划、安全生产费用预算计划和应急演练计划;

3、负责组织本项目(现场)员工安全教育，督促分包方安全教育培训，督促分包方强化班组安全建设，并留下记录备查;

4、落实本项目安全生产费用使用和监督工作，督促分包方的安全生产费用的计提和投入满足要求;

5、在项目实施过程中落实有关安全生产、隐患排查以及整改纠偏等工作;

6、组织制定并实施生产安全事故和职业危害应急预案和应急处置方案;

7、开展安全生产标准化并持续改进，配合实施安全管理信息化建设;

8、将项目职业健康、环境保护、节能减排工作与安全生产同规划、同部署、同落实、同检查、同考核;

9、报送项目hse管理信息，及时、如实报告生产安全事故并按“四不放过”原则进行事故处理。

任职要求:

1、持有注册安全工程师证书;

2、有3年以上相关工作经验;

3、工程师及以上职称;
