第1篇 质量安全主任岗位职责任职要求
质量安全主任岗位职责
岗位职责:
1、认真贯彻执行国家下发的质量方针、政策、法律、法规、规范，执行各项技术规范、验收标准以及质量管理制度和技术措施。
2、检查和指导所属施工单位及人员对有关质量方针、政策及质量文件、措施等执行情况，分析掌握现场工程质量情况，针对存在的问题，及时提出纠正和预防措施。
3、对本单位及下属各单位所承建的工程，检查其施工方法和隐蔽工程，协助监理部门传输有关检验签证手续。
4、参加事故的调查、处理，及时上报事故报告，做好完全质量资料的归档和管理工作。
5、负责组织落实内外部质量管理体系审核中不合格报告纠正措施。
6、负责施工安全质量管理工作总结，按时上报有关质量报表。
7、负责安质部日常工作。
8、对本单位及下属各单位所承建的工程，负责管理和委派监理单位。
9、对本单位及下属各单位所承建的工程，负责管理和组织第三方检测单位进行设备监造、现场检测等工作。完成领导交办的其他工作。
录用条件:
1、三到五年以上工作经验，其中从事工程项目管理工作，工程项目监理管理工作，工程项目安全质量工作皆可;
2、熟悉风电发电站、光伏电站建设的基本工作流程;稳重、吃苦耐劳，责任心强，具有与良好的沟通能力。
学历要求:大学本科及以上。
专业要求:土建工程、电气工程及其自动化、电力系统、水利系统等
资格证书:有安全质量方面证书者优先。
经验要求:三年以上工程项目安全质量主管工作经验，其中两年以上风电项目、光伏电站工作经验。
能力要求:熟悉风电项目、光伏电站电气设备的性能、参数、指标等;熟悉风电行业、光伏行业相关规范;对风电、光伏电站各个专业有一定的了解。
其他要求:能够适应短期出差。

质量安全工程师岗位职责
职责描述:
1、负责对各部门安全管理工作进行内部安全考核;
2、负责公司年、季、月度安全工作统计报表，建立和完善安全工作原始记录、台账、统计报表、安全成本统计核算程序;
3、负责建立和完善安全保证体系，执行安全管理规定，推行全面安全管理以及安全体系的认证、组织和推行等工作;
4、负责配合公司人力资源计划做好全员安全管理的教育、培训工作;
5、负责组织公司各相关单位对重大安全事故进行调查、处理工作;
6、组织落实对员工进行安全生产的宣传教育以及培训工作，建立安全教育档案;
7、负责完成公司领导交给的其他工作。
任职要求:
1、电力、电气、电子、自动化、工程管理及相关专业本科及以上学历
2、了解iso9000/14000/18000等管理体系的相关理论知识，工程质量检测知识、产品质量检测与改进知识。gb/t 50430-2007工程建设施工企业质量管理规范。
3、质量管理体系内审员优先考虑。

primary function
support process to qualify manufacturing facilities for target owned brand foods and any related project that supports target fesqa mission. support new facility onboarding and on-going facility maintenance in china and nearby region. ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and target standards， in order to provide target with safe and high quality products.
principal duties and responsibilities
technical/process management
lead food safety & quality assurance effort in target owned brands foods by supporting the commercialization of new products， continuous product improvement， and managing food safety and quality incidents
manage initial approval and on-going performance monitoring of food vendor facilities， including food safety program reviews through desk audit， on-site assessments and other necessary activities
independently lead and support key technical programs and apply food safety and quality assuranceknowledge in specificproduct categories
maintain accurate and current status of all vendor information in vendor database and other information systems
manage follow up and resolution process for consumer complaints as well as other product quality issues
partner with vendors and target technical team to review and approve product specification and label
manage regional budget allocated
