第1篇 酒店餐饮主管岗位职责

1、负责市场调研,提供符合公司要求的供应商信息,建立公司虚拟仓库;
2、对商务谈判、采购进度、质量检验等全过程负责,按时完成采购任务,保证公司营运的顺利、有序进行;
3、执行询价、比价、议价制度,努力降低采购成本同时负责对不合格产品的处理;
4、参与合同评审,配合有关部门做好报价、采购成本、交货期等方面的方案;
5、对采购业务进行汇总、分析,按要求向提交采购报告。同时建立供应商档案,以及所需各类物品的信息统计和档案;
6、负责供应商的管理,与供应商保持健康、良好的商业合作关系,协助公司处理与供应商可能发生的各种纠纷;
7、办理部分需要现金采购物资的个人借款和采购货款的结算工作;
8、自觉接受审计监督,努力采购工作的公正、廉洁和高效。
岗位要求:
1、有良好的谈判能力和善于沟通交际,思维敏捷,口齿伶俐;
2、精通采购业务流程,具备良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和成本意识;
3、为人诚信、亲和力,有良好的职业道德和素养,能承受一定工作压力;
4、有统计、出纳和会计经验者,或熟悉西餐采购管理工作者优先。
第2篇 酒店餐饮主管岗位工作职责
1、负责餐厅的日常管理工作,并与厨房保持密切联系,确保餐厅的服务质量,直接对餐厅经理负责。
2、出席每周的业务会,汇报本餐厅工作,向员工传达会议精神。
3、检查工作。
(1)检查工作每日检查设备、家具、餐具的摆设及其完好情况。
(2)检查服务用品及清洁卫生,检查库存物资;
(3)检查员工仪容仪表。
4、主持每日餐前会,安排当天的服务工作。
5、从厨房了解当天出菜的情况,布置重点推销菜式。
6、签领食物、材料。
7、妥善处理客人投诉和质询。
8、做好员工考勤工作、评估工作
9、做好餐厅的财产管理工作。
10、负责员工的培训工作。

根据上级领导日常工作安排, 包括销售计划/跟踪/促销方案及执行达到更高的销售目标。
using sales skills and product knowledge to sell and directly responsible for on trade accounts in order to achieve monthly sales target. (customers includes international & local hotels,restaurants,clubs and so on.)
