第2篇 持续改善经理岗位职责
持续改善经理 specific accountabilities (roles and responsibilities)
• collects, analyses, and interprets production data to drive performance and fact-based decision making.
• direct in training on lean tools, analysis, root cause problem solving, and structuring of implementation planning requirements for all operational
• direct and facilitate the ongoing lean improvement process through the use of techniques such as kaizen, 5’s, tpm, kanban, policy deployment, etc.
• coaches, mentors, and guides facility leadership to drive daily performance of transformation effort
• teach others to lead improvement efforts, including training on effective tools for successful project leadership
• trains, coaches and motivates personnel in the understanding and adoption of new principles and techniques
• train and lead cross-functional continuous improvement teams; focus on measurable quality, service and cost improvements; mentor green belts.
• identify ongoing lean improvement training needs and assist with developing and implementing solutions to these issues.
• establish metrics to monitor financial savings as compared to established goals and targets
• assist in setting annual operational targets and help drive improvements to achieve those goals.
• identifies and schedules transformation deliverables, milestones, and required tasks
• facilitate the selection, scope, and planning of specific improvements that yield zero accidents, defect free products capable of passing field testing, on demand and on time delivery, at the lowest cost.
educational and / or training qualifications & certificates
qualification
• bs, ba or similar degree with an emphasis in manufacturing, or equivalent is desired
• si_ sigma e_perience is a plus
e_perience and knowledge
• minimum of 5 years related e_perience in continuous improvement preferred
• full working knowledge of lean concepts with demonstrated success

• ability to engage a cross-functional team towards a desired outcome
• strong change management skills to include the practical implementation of lean manufacturing principles and concepts
• problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
• be a “leader of change”. be comfortable working with all levels within the organization.

• provide assistance to technical supervisor in supervising and coordinating manufacturing service and maintenance activity
协助技术主管进行生产服务和设备维护活动的管理
• provide e_pertise on production vessel system (e.g. bioreactors, medium, buffer, product hold) and process of clean-in-place, sterilization-in-place or integrity test

任职要求:
• master’s degree in chemical /biochemical engineering or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of relevant e_perience in engineering or operations. recent e_perience in a biologics production facility is required
• 化学工程或同等专业硕士,5-8年工作经验;须有近期在生物品制造厂工作经验
• prior e_perience in operation or design around heat transfer, fluid processing, air/liquid transfer and fluid dynamics study, with good familiarity with cip and sip
• 有操作或者设计热传递,流体工艺,气体/液体传输,流体混合相关的系统或者公艺经验; 熟悉在线清洗和在线灭菌
• understand the principles of fluid flow, heat transfer, mass transfer; understand biological process, and asme bpe standard for bioprocess equipment
• 理解流体特性,传质,传热等化工原理;了解细胞培养和产品纯化流程及asme bpe设备规范
• proficiency in using at least one modeling software such as home-built e_cel, aspen, designpro or equivalent

1. 负责领导服务体验平台跨团队流程改善与绩效提升类项目,从项目的启动、规划、实施、收尾各环节端到端负责项目推进,保证项目的交付落地及整体目标实现;
