6.understand how to leverage tmall tools and ali data eco-system (data bank, uni-crm, 会员通,etc.)

7.sense of crm, customer engagement and can leverage digitalization to retain customers

8.beauty industry e_perience is a plus

6.了解如何利用tmall工具和阿里数据生态系统(数据库,统一客户关系管理系统)
