essential or fundamental job duties/responsibilities
1. drive isv sales and hit monthly and annual booking targets in oil & gas industries in china.
2. identify appropriate sales channels in the region.
3. develop/maintain business relationship with relevant end customers, design institutes, epcs and macs.
4. drive product training initiatives for customers.
5. ensure the proper use of the crm database.
6. keep track of developments in the market and at competitors.
7. submit weekly report and monthly forecast.
8. contribute to the growth of isv business by playing an active and communicative role as a member of the china sales team.
9. work to ensure timely and thorough administration of current sales contracts.
10. provide avenues and viable solutions to resolve first-line sales issues. contact technical/product support team for support when necessary.
11. actively participate in selecting sales incentive programs and setting goals.
12. attend training on an ongoing basis for self-improvement and growth.
13. respect and follow emerson china policies and ethical guidelines.
14. regularly make sales/customer calls with the sales representatives.
requirements (education / knowledge / e_perience / skills / competencies)
1. bachelor/master degree with major in automation, mechanical, instrumentation or related.
2. at least 5 years relevant working e_perience in valve and/or relevant industry sales with a multinational company.
3. e_cellent knowledge of purchasing processes and business operations of major customers; ideally e_perienced in dealing with senior stakeholders and decision makers at key accounts
4. honesty, integrity, diligence and good team work spirit.
5. good command of english and chinese
6. confident in developing big projects from local, regional and global perspective.
7. good health, can work under pressure and travel frequently. summary
