1、 参与公司日常工作支持,预算编制并监控各部门实际业绩与预算差异等
2、 在每月财务结账过程中及时准确提供各种财务数据(如利润表,资产负债表,库存,现金流和营运资本等)并进行汇总(涉及多账套和两个erp系统的财务数据的收集与合并),并为月度报告提供财务分析
3、 跟踪销售团队的毛利,费用以及各项财务指标的完成情况,分析差异并给出原因
4 、季度预测和年度预算提供财务数据的支持和相关分析
5、保持与各职能部门长期良好沟通,深入了解各职能运营流程,提供相关财务意见和支持;
6、开发分析报表,根据分析需求进行分析报表的开发和系统化;
7、其他相关工作。
任职资格:
1、30岁以上,本科以上学历,会计、财务管理等相关专业;
2、5年以上会计相关工作经验,3年以上企业内部财务分析工作经历,且至少1年生产企业财务分析工作经历,有团队管理经验优;
3、中级会计师职称,熟悉企业预算内控管理操作流程,精通国家财税法律法规及财务预算等流程;
4、较强的数据分析、逻辑思维能力、学习能力,具备良好的职业操守、责任感、原则性、团队协作和敬业精神;
5、良好的沟通协调能力、表达与演示能力和抗压能力,
6、精通使用办公软件(尤其是e_cel)和财务管理软件

职责描述：
background of global lts organization:
as part of the centralized e2e controllership model， global lts (legal / ta_ / statutory) organization is being created. the vision is to create a centrally managed organization that delivers e2e lts services globally by migrating from geographically dispersed lts (legal， ta_， statutory) support model to a centralized and centrally managed model in global and regional hub. the organization will have e2e global process leadership for legal， ta_ and statutory support across the company. as the in-country controllership presence is reduced， the global lts hub provides e2e controllership activities from the global and region hubs.
as senior finance in north asia lts finance team， you will:
provide e2e legal， ta_， statutory support for entity sg80 and tw10.
legal & statutory support:
manage local country singapore (sg80) and taiwan (tw10) statutory audit， statutory account filing and compliance support
prepare annual set of financial statements and applicable notes in accordance with the local singapore and taiwan accounting standards
on-going statutory accounting reviews and booking of adjustments and reclassifications needed to comply with local accounting and ta_ laws;
prepare monthly/quarterly fiscal profit and loss analytical review， including reconciliation of management vs. statutory accounting
ta_ support
perform ta_ accounting inputs: pre-ta_ earnings forecast and ftp
collaborate with ta_ teams and the designated consultants to complete ta_ returns and reconciliation on a monthly and yearly basis;
business support:
e_ecute country balance sheet review process
monitor and manage entity risk with various function teams
provide financial consulting and policy guidance to new business initiatives
collaborate with the treasury team to improve cashflow
work with other finance functions to avoid surprises and clear any anomalies
education and e_perience required:
first level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g.， cpa， mba) preferred.
typically 8+ years of e_perience as a financial analyst.
typically e_perienced in more than one finance function.
