财务分析控制经理 1、整理分析股份公司财务数据、业务数据，建立行业总体和同行业经营状况数据库，利用财务核算与会计管理原理为公司经营决策提供依据;
2、每月对公司盈利能力、偿债能力、运营效率等各个方面进行分析并提供相应的分析报告;
3、从财务角度，对公司项目可行性和其他经营活动提供专业分析意见和建议;
4、定期审核收入预算、费用支出预算等各项预算的执行情况，分析差异原因并对预算体系和资金计划进行预测性分析;
5、联合审计部门完善公司的财务管理和内部风险控制流程制度;

任职要求:
1、财经类本科及以上学历，有cpa证书;
2、制造业财务分析工作8年以上，并有5年以上制造业财务分析管理的工作经验;
3、具有扎实的财税专业知识，具有较强的分析能力、数据处理能力，能熟练使用各种办公软件;
4、善于建立各类财务模型;
5、具备较强的执行力及自我驱动力，有良好的协作、沟通和指导技能及团队精神。
