第1篇 生产副总经理厂长岗位职责
岗位职责(下属子公司招聘):
协助总经理完成生产运营管理工作,主要任务:
1、 负责生产部门的生产运营和人员管理;
2、 组织建立和完善生产指挥体系,编制和落实生产计划,确保绩效考核指标的完成;
3、 负责相应规章制度、操作规程、培训计划等的制定和执行。
4、 不断优化和完善管理程序,提高工作效率、降低生产成本。
5、 保证设备的可靠性,实现设备长周期稳定运行;

任职资格:
1. 大专以上学历,电力相关专业;
2. 10年以上相关工作经验, 3年以上大中型垃圾焚烧或发电企业管理工作经验,熟练电厂管理流程;
3. 了解国家相关法律、法规和政策;
4. 具备垃圾电厂运营管理能力;
5. 具备高度的工作责任心和主动性,较强的人际理解力和沟通协调能力;
6. 具备团队领导和团队合作能力,具有较强的判断和决策能力
7. 具备良好的口头及书面表达能力。
第2篇 副总经理厂长岗位职责
副总经理/厂长 职位描述:
1.合理制定年度生产计划,安排工厂生产工作,确保保质保量的完成客户订单;
plan and e_ecute production plan, arrange the production work , make sure that customer order can be delivered on time with desired quantity and quality;
2.负责工厂日常生产及人员管理工作
responsible for daily production and personnel management
3.编制生产报告并定期向总经理及股东汇报
formulate the production report and report regularly to general manager and shareholders.
4.协调处理工厂内外各种关系,处理好与当地政府之间关系的关系
coordinator the internal and e_ternal relationship, maintain well relations with the local government
5.编制年度预算,并在工作中严格执行预算
formulate the annual budget and make sure the budget is strictly implemented
6.运用生产管理知识,提高生产效率、降低生产成本、减少生产浪费
apply the production management knowledge to improve production efficiency, reduce total production cost and eliminate waste;

1)具有塑料制品行业从业5年以上经验;

2)具有3年以上工厂管理经验,熟悉制造业生产设备
min 3 years of plant management e_perience , familiar with the manufacturing equipment
3) 具有中外合资企业从业经验优先
