9、负责组织新生儿室护理人员业务学习和技术考核,认真落实各级护理人员规范培训和继续教育计划,每年至少对新生儿室护士进行一次综合考评。

任职要求:

1、本科以上护理专业毕业

2、在三甲医院或___儿童专科医院从事新生儿护理工作5年以上,nicu工作者或担任护士长者优先

3、工作认真负责、工作细致

4、具有团队合作精神和亲和力。
