1、养成吃好早餐的良好习惯。上午紧张的学习和活动，要求早餐必须含有充足的热量，以保证学生们能精力充沛地学习。青少年时期是智力投资和体质投资的黄金时代，只有合理膳食才能体质健壮、思维敏捷、健康成长。

2、饮食多样化：合理营养对青少年健康成长及学习有着很重要的意义。按营养学要求，青少年一日的膳食应该有主食、副食，有荤、有素，尽量做到多样化。

3、积极参加体力活动，加强体育锻炼。

适量运动以及合理的营养结合可促进青少年生长发育、改善心肺功能、提高人体的耐久力、减少身体脂肪和改进心理状态等。这种经济、实用、有效又无副作用的措施，对于提高青少年的生活质量和健康水平起着重要的作用。

5月12 日，14点28分，我国四川省汶川地区发生8.0级特大地震。

已经超过五万抓不住的生命，已经没有声响的悲极哭泣，人们还在扒着继续坍塌的废墟，人们还在寻找着微弱跳动的脉搏。当战士跪在地上哭喊着 “你们让我再去救一个，求求你们让我再去救一个！我还能再救一个！”的时候，我们哽咽无语。

2008，令中国雀跃却又多灾多难的一年。当我们怀着兴奋的心情准备着，迎接着奥运盛宴的时候，我们也遭受了重大的灾难。那场用苍白模糊所有眼睛的漫天雪影，这场用鲜血压抑所有呼吸的极大震荡，像一个沉痛的绝响，紧紧扼着中国的喉咙，重重敲击着中国的心脏。

天，哭了。

但是，只要有人转过身，就能看见，我们，仍坚定地站在这里。

赈灾物资刻不容缓地运入受灾地区，全国捐款已达200多亿，我们的总理奔赴一线，告诉大家，党和政府高度重视这场地震灾害，他说，只要还有一线生还的机会，就要用百倍的努力……是的，房子裂了、塌了，我们可以再修，再建。只要人在，我们就一定能够渡过难关，只要人在，我们就一定能战胜这场重大的自然灾害。

关怀从四面八方汇集过来，因为我们流淌着同一颜色的血液，中国红；因为我们拥有同一个信仰，中华和谐！世界和谐！

john f. kennedy had a dream. he wanted to land a man on the moon and return him safely to the earth so as to restore faith in the american way of life. john f.kennedy empowered his dream and 8 years later neil armstrong stepped on the face of the moon. the moon landing certainly gave americans a newly-founded confidence. dream --- a world-changing word? yes ,i will say so ,won't you ? youth is a special life-relaying station , the growth with the worry ,the life feeling become aware happily with the dream ,collecting a unique youth melody here .

we decide. we choose. and as we decide and choose, our lives are formed. in the end, forming our own destiny is what ambition is about. and most important, we are the one we choose to be.

the other night, as l saw the moon linger over the land and before it was sent into the invisible, my mind was filled with songs. i found myself humming softly, not to the music, but to some- thing else, someplace else. a place remembered, a place untouched, a field of grass where no one seem to have been e_cept the deer.

and all those unforgettable scenes strengthened the feeling that it's lime for us to do something, for our own and our coming generation.

once again, i have come to think of mrs. dian fossey be- cause it's with her spirit, passion, courage and strong sense of our ecoenvironment that we are taking our ne_t step into the world.

and no matter who we are, what we do and where we go, in our mind, there's always a scene to remember, a scene worth our effort to protect it and fight for it.

(感谢四2班同学的演讲，正如他刚才介绍的)每年的11月9日，是“世界消防日”，11月9日与火警电话号码119相同，这时候正是我国秋冬季，风干物燥，火灾多发。消防安全知识的贫乏，消防安全意识的淡薄总是能让我们看到、听到一幕幕血的教训。为增加全民的消防安全意识，使“119”更加深入人心，从1992年起，我国将每年的11月9日定为全国的“消防宣传日”。

作为小学生，我们怎样防止消防事故的发生呢?在此，我向大家提出几点建议：

1、不带火柴、打火机等火种以及汽油、烟花爆竹等易燃易爆物品进入校园。

2、自觉爱护校园内的各种消防措施，如消防栓、灭火器等。

3、在教室里，不准随便拉电线，不得擅自使用电器设备。

4、放学之后，要记得关掉电器，并切断电源。

当遇到火灾时，如何逃生自救呢?消防专家介绍了在公共场所遭遇火灾时逃生自救的方法，请同学们仔细听好：

1、要了解和熟悉环境。当你走进商场、宾馆、酒店等公共场所时，要留心安全出口、灭火器的位置， 以便在发生意外时及时疏散和灭火。

2、火灾袭来时，不要慌不要乱，及时拨打119或向周围求救。

3、要迅速撤离。一旦听到火灾警报或意识到自己被火围困时，要立即想法撤离不要贪恋财物。

4、要从通道疏散。如疏散楼梯、消防电梯、室外疏散楼梯等，也可考虑利用窗户、阳台、屋顶、落水管等脱险。

5、要保护呼吸系统。穿过浓烟逃生时，要尽量使身体贴近地面，并用湿毛巾捂住口鼻。否则容易中毒、或者被热空气灼伤呼吸系统软组织窒息致死。

'供给侧改革'是一个火透了2022年的经济新词，对于'供给侧改革',习大大原话是这样的：'在适度扩大总需求的同时，着力加强供给侧结构性改革，着力提高供给体系质量和效率。'其实，用直白的话来讲就是从供给、生产端入手，通过解放生产力，提升竞争力，促进经济发展。

我们知道投资、消费、出口是拉动经济增长的三驾马车，这是需求侧，与之对应的就是供给侧。以前提到经济增长，条件反射就是要扩大需求、刺激消费，现在要换一种新思路、新方法，就是要从供给端为中国经济找到动力。

关于怎样进行'供给侧改革',习大大有强调四点：化解过剩产能。产能过剩就是总供给不正常的超过总需求，造成资源浪费，经济增长下行压力变大，所以要淘汰僵尸企业，加大产业重组；帮助企业降低成本。比如通过减税等政策性改革让企业减少不必要的制度性成本从而有更多资金去创新；化解房地产库存。我们国家有严峻的楼市库存压力，空置的住房可供2亿多人居住，化解房地产库存十分重要；防范化解金融风险。这样可以形成良好的股票市场，促进经济稳定发展。

'供给侧改革'就是针对我国现存的经济症状下的药，是经济改革的新方法，所以我为供给侧改革点赞，也期待中国经济能在'供给侧改革'的调整下走出下行压力的困境。

yes, that's a memorable scene in one of my favorite movies, called gorillas in the mist, based on a true story of mrs. dian fossey, who spent most of bet lifetime in rwanda to protect the ecoenvironment there until the very end of her life.

to me, the movie not only presents an unforgettable scene but also acts as a 6) timeless reminder that we should not develop the tourist industry at the cost of our ecoenvironment.

today, we live in a world of prosperity but still threatened by so many new problems. on the one hand, tourism, as one of the most promising industries in the 21st century, provides people with the great opportunity to see everything there is to see and to go any place there is to go. it has become a lifestyle for some people, and has turned out to be the driving force in gdp growth. it has the magic to turn a backward town into a wonderland of prosperity. but on the other hand, many problems can occur---natural scenes aren't natural anymore. deforestation to heat lodges is devastating nepal. oil spills from tourist boats are polluting antarctica. tribal people are forsaking their native music and dress to listen to u2 on walkman and wear nike and reeboks.

all these 7) appalling(令人震惊的) facts have brought us to the realization that we can no longer stand by and do nothing, because the very thought of it has been 8) eroding(侵蚀) our resources.

encouragingly, the e_plosive growth of global travel has put tourism again in the spotlight, which is why the united nations has made __ the year of ecotourism, for the first time to bring to the world's attention the benefits of tourism, but also its capacity to destroy our ecoenvironment.

the other night, as l saw the moon linger over the land and before it was sent into the invisible, my mind was filled with songs. i found myself humming softly, not to the music, but to some- thing else, someplace else. a place remembered, a place untouched, a field of grass where no one seem to have been e_cept the deer.

and all those unforgettable scenes strengthened the feeling that it's lime for us to do something, for our own and our coming generation. once again, i have come to think of mrs. dian fossey be- cause it's with her spirit, passion, courage and strong sense of our ecoenvironment that we are taking our ne_t step into the world.

and no matter who we are, what we do and where we go, in our mind, there's always a scene to remember, a scene worth our effort to protect it and fight for it.

涉及到青少年生活和学习方面主要的安全隐患有交通事故、游泳溺水、火灾火险、食物中毒、毒品危害、性侵犯、艾滋病、体育运动损伤等20多种，有专家指出通过安全教育,提高中小学生的自我保护能力,80%的意外伤害将可以避免。为全面深入地推动中小学安全教育工作,大力降低各类伤亡事故的发生率,切实做好中小学生的安全保护工作,促进他们的健康成长,1996年,国家教委等七部委联合发文,决定建立全国中小学生安全教育日制度,将每年3月最后一周的星期一定为全国中小学生安全教育日。

说起我的家乡福州的好，实在太多!下面每一样都是我爱上它的理由：

福州的山不少!有鼓山、旗山、青云山、兔耳山和十八重溪……这些山都各具特色，景色非常优美，空气清新怡人。山上的小溪奔流不息，山谷两旁绿树成荫，是天然的氧吧。就拿鼓山来说，每逢周末，游人如织，成了旅游的好去处。春天，我常常和爸爸妈妈一起前往鼓山锻炼身体，鸟儿们欢快的歌唱为鼓山增添了许多生机。当我欣赏完路边的美景时，山顶已在我脚下。此时，我从山顶往下望，福州的美丽景象尽收眼底，使我大饱眼福。

这几年，福州发生了很大的变化。引人注目的高楼有：君临闽江、江南水都、融信大卫城……福州的公园也有许多，如：南江滨公园、金牛山公园、北江滨公园……夏季的晚上，我常常会和爸爸妈妈一起到江滨公园散步。看!对岸的风景是多么美丽，建筑物参差不齐的倒影装点着“闽江妈妈”的笑颜。

尊敬的老师、亲爱的同学们：大家好！

今天我演讲的题目是：全国交通安全反思日——注意安全、一路平安！

说起死亡，人们常常与战争联系在一起，第一次世界大战两千万人丧失生命。第二次世界大战，又有三千六百万人化为青烟。然而，一个更为残酷的现实被人们忽略。那就是自第一辆汽车问世至今，已有四千万人惨死在飞驰的车轮下。

根据公安部交通管理局统计，我国近年来，每年交通事故死亡的人数已经相当于一个县城的人口总数。每年受伤的人数相当于一个中等县的人数。更为可怕的是，全国每六分钟就有一个人死于车祸。当尖锐的刹车声响起，马路上又多了一抹殷红的血迹。于是，又有一个家庭将被悲哀与泪水笼罩，他们的生命，从此敷上一层阴霾。这样的伤痛我们已经经历了太多太多，那么多惨痛的代价已经让我们深深的体会到维护安全的不可或缺。

这不由的让我们深思，为什么交通安全意识的增长一定要用鲜血和泪水浇灌？是不是只有生离死别的对比，才能让我们对生命更加珍惜？是不是只有生离死别，只有亲人们悲痛的泪水，才能唤起我们对生命的尊重和对交通安全的`重视呢？为了更好地宣传交通安全知识，更好地珍惜我们的生命，在此，向全体师生发出倡议：

1、我们要认真学习交通安全地法律法规，遵守交通规则，加强安全意识，树立交通安全文明公德。

2、当我们过马路时，多一份谦让与耐心，不闯红灯，走人行横道，绝不能为贪一时之快，横穿马路。

3、当我们徒步行走于人来车往的马路时，请保持清醒的头脑，不在马路上嬉戏打闹。

4、不满16周岁，不能在道路上骑电动车，摩托车，不打伞骑车，不脱手骑车，不骑车带人。

5、乘公交车时应站在指定位置等车，等车停稳后上下车，在车上要抓好扶手，头，手等身体部位不能伸出窗外

特教中心校成立__年了，__年，哪一段不是向往，哪一笔青春不带渴望，__年的岁月就如同一首平常的歌。

经常有人对我们说：“你们的学生不是憨憨傻傻就是聋聋哑哑，有什么前途?”是的，我们永远也不可能有桃李满天的成就感，永远也不可能有五彩的光环，但我们选择了特殊教育，就无怨无悔，因为这些特殊的孩子需要社会的理解、尊重、关心和帮助，他们同样是祖国的花朵，他们更需要老师的关爱和呵护，我们的工作更伟大，更光荣。

谁说我们的孩子不可爱?当你踏着第一缕阳光走进校园的时候，你会听到：“老师您好!”当你感冒咳嗽不止的时候，他们会过来给你捶背倒水;当班里来了新同学，他们会很热情的说，来，坐到我这边。下课了，他们会陪新同学一起去上厕所。。。。。。他们最懂礼貌，最纯真，最善良，最无暇。

面对残疾，医学的力量也许是有限的，但爱的力量是无限的，我们为爱而工作，把自己的全部的爱奉献给这些特殊的孩子，让他们象正常儿童一样健康、快乐地成长。也希望全社会和我们一切伸出爱的双手，共筑爱的长城。我们坚信，我们的孩子一定能成人，一定能成才。

大家好!

在这暖意融融，惠风和畅的季节里，我们迎来了第26个“全国助残日”，在这里请允许我代表潍坊盲校全体同学向各位来宾和爱心捐助者致以崇高的敬礼!

我们是一群盲孩子，终日生活在黑暗之中，我们曾觉得世界是那么的不公平，身体残疾的痛苦占据着我们的心灵。我们大多出生在贫困家庭，有的父母兄弟姐妹中也是盲人，生活的艰难让我们失去信心。还有的同学因为治疗眼病花去了家里的全部积蓄，我们深感父母的艰辛但只能默默忍受。然而今天的我们又是幸运的，我们走进了美丽的校园，学习文化知识，学习生活技能，我们感受到了生活的快乐。在上级政府和社会各界的关怀、支持下，全部免除了我们的学杂费、住宿费、书本费，每月每个学生还可以享受到160元到300元不等的生活补贴。仅一年来，学校就先后为我们每人免费订做了一身单校服，一身棉校服，发放了两条床单，一床棉被，还发放了一些乐器和体育用品。入学以来我们更是得到了许多社会好心人的无私捐助。同学们也更是发奋努力，自强不息，以优异的成绩来回报社会的关爱。我校的盲人门球先后15次代表全国和省参加全国和国际比赛，共获得6次冠军，7次亚军，2次季军，2022年我校门球队员登上了北京残奥会亚军的领奖台。在全国、省市征文比赛中我校先后有22名学生获奖。在全国音乐过级考试中，先后有18名学生取得等级证书 。我校的“牵手义工”志愿者利用周末走进社区、敬老院开展义务按摩活动，受到社会的广泛好评。我校的中专毕业生专业技术扎实，深受市场的欢迎，实现了 100%的就业率。今天潍坊市各界领导和寿光水立方生物科技有限公司的领导又给我们送来了善款，我们再次感受到了社会大家庭的温暖，感谢好心人对我们这些盲孩子的无私帮助和爱心奉献。我们将以更加饱满的热情投入到学习和生活中去，立志做一名自强自立对社会有用的人!我们绝不辜负社会好心人对我们的帮助和期望!
