外国人来华需要注意哪些
外国人来华工作许可是中国政府对外国人申请到中国工作实行统一准入标准和审批监管的全新制度，是对原有制度的改革和完善。改革重点实现五个统一：
统一管理职能，实行权责一致。外国人来华工作由原申办外国专家证、外国人就业证改为统一申办《外国人工作许可证》，我省统一由市(州)外专部门进行办理。
统一评价标准，实行分类管理。制定了《外国人来华工作分类标准(试行)》，综合运用计点积分制等政策工具，来华工作外国人员分为高端人才(a类)、专业人才(b类)以及其他人员(c类)。设计了积分要素计分赋值表，达到85分认定为a类，60分以上为b类，60分以下为c类。
统一申请条件，规范精简材料。简化归并申请材料，实现信息互联互享，提交材料的数量压缩了近一半。
统一审批流程，实行一网办理。使用全国统一的“外国人来华管理服务系统”，实现网上申报、过程留痕，让数据网上行，让企业少跑路。
统一证件名称，实行一号管理。全新的《外国人工作许可证》，给予外国人一人一码，终身不变，动态管理记录外国人工作、信用等。
