获得国外访问学者邀请函的方式

一、关于申请信

不要盲目套用网上的模板，倒不是说模板水平不高，而是因为模板因为是用来给大多数人用的，所以显得四平八稳，没有什么新意。写申请信时应该注意以下几点：

1、申请信总体上要简明扼要，最好不要超过一页半纸。因为申请信只是一个引子，简单地做一个自我介绍，以及对访学之事的大体计划。不必过于详细。对方如果对你有兴趣，自然会问及深入的问题，在以后的信件来往中还可以继续补充。国外的教授们都相当忙的，如果页数太多，教授不会仔细看，说不定精彩的没看到，就回一封信把你拒了。

2、申请信中有一些必定的要素一定要写上：

1)申请者的姓名、所在大学及大学在国内的排名、所在专业及专业在国内的排名;申请者的教育背景(学士、硕士、博士在哪读的，什么专业);

2)工作履历(包括职称现状、讲师、副教授、教授的升职时间);

3)专业职务及社会兼职(如是否系主任、教研室主任、研究所所长之类;任国内专业协会或学会的理事?委员?主任等等);

4)出国访学的计划(为什么出国、出国要做哪些事、准备出什么成果、以后回国后如何继续研究等);

5)个人性情(如勤劳、敏锐、乐观、忍耐、善解人意等，如果你说自己具有超人的学术敏锐性，估计对方会喜欢。不过要实事求是);

6)个人爱好(体育、文艺等爱好。如果自己的爱好达到一定水平，那是必须写。国外教授们有各种高水平的爱好，如果能碰到一个臭味相投的，那你走运了)

7)相片。金东方访学多年经验发现，申请信上面没有相片，没有回信的教授比例就高一些。加上自己的一张和蔼可亲的生活照放上去，几乎每个教授都会给回信，包括拒信。

3、申请信文风要温和、严谨，客气而又客观。不必太谦虚，但也不要听信谣传说什么谦虚在国外吃不开。其实国外教授们也是很谦虚的。只是他们谦虚是真的，不是虚伪的。如果你太自以为是，申请信太过忽悠，那你就等着挨拒吧。另外，申请信最好采用传统的信件格式，开头写上地址和日期，结尾写上套用的一些客气话，这样就很正式。

4、申请信要根据不同的教授有所调整，不要全部发同一封信。还有信中会提到自己很想到对方的'学校去访学，那这个访学的校名、院名、系名、专业名、

还有program名称等也要改。不要张冠李戴。此外，申请信还要不断完善。要根据回信中暴露出来的蛛丝马迹，对自己的申请信不断完善。当然如果你一开始就接到对方的offer信了，这步跳过。

二、关于专业成果简介

给教授们发e-mail时，一般都附上两个附件，一个是申请信，一个是关于自己专业成果方面的简介，这个也是一页半纸。因为申请信有点象拉家常，无法表述在专业领域的特长与成果，以及专业潜质，所以有必要再写一个profile。一般第一个附件是申请信，第二个附件是profile，然后在申请信上告诉对方，如果想了解我的专业成果，请看一下我的第二个附件profile。这种安排也算是善解人意吧，至少不会浪费对你不感兴趣的教授的时间。

大体上说，profile中有一些内容其实申请信中已经提到，为避免重复，可以这样处理的：申请信只提一下大概情况，具体的都写到profile中。比如，在申请信中只说是某大学的学士、硕士、博士，某学会的委员，主要研究领域是哪个，到了profile中，就把得到学士、硕士、博士学位的时间、类型(如工学、理学等)、所在大学;从哪一年至哪一年担任哪个学会或协会的委员等职;研究领域中最擅长的、做得最好的是哪里等，一一罗列。最后，再列一个清单，把自己比较重要的专著、论文、课题、获奖等罗列出来，这样可以让对方详细了解你的研究成果、研究能力、研究特点与潜质。

当然，专业成果简介也需要针对不同的对象进行调整和修改、完善。总之世界上没有一个跟你做得完全一样的教授，因此profile也要写得各有侧重，有针对性，有点“投其所好”的意思吧。

三、主要专著及论文摘要

我们在申请的过程中，会有教授在来回一、两封邮件后，要求看论文摘要。这个很好理解。如果你要邀请一个人来你这里访学，你也不会随便就答应他，而是要通过起码的考察。因此，最好准备一个主要专著和论文的摘要清单。因为现在论文都是要有英文摘要的，把那个拷下来，再粘上去即可。另外要注意，检查一些英文词汇是否不够准确，或者表达有些汉语化，在做摘要清单时，最好对每摘都重新看一遍，改一遍。

也不需要每篇摘要都发。看对方教授的要求，以及他的研究领域与特色而定。还是那句话，要有针对性。

附：访问学者试行办法内容

一、国内访问学者通过学习和工作，接触和了解本学科的学术前沿动态，加深基础理论，拓宽知识面，提高学术水平，为回原单位后发挥学术带头人或学术骨干的作用打下基础。

二、国内访问学者必须具备坚实的基础理论和专业知识，有较强的独立从事教学和科研工作的能力，并具有一定的实践经验，一般应是副教授。

三、接受国内访问学者的单位应有博士导师或学术造诣较深的`教授担任指导教师，科研工作开展较好，在实验设备、图书资料等方面有较好的条件，一般应是有博士学位授予权的学科点或国家投资重点建设的实验室。

四、国内访问学者在导师指导下，以参加科研为主，协助指导研究生、参加编写教材或其他教学工作，导师全面负责培养工作。期限一般为半年至一年。

五、申请接受访问学者的单位，应将接受的学科、条件、课题内容、指导教师，以及对接受对象的具体要求等报国家教委教师管理办公室审核同意后，在《中国教育报》上刊登。在本人申请，单位推荐的基础上，经访问学者本人和指导教师协商之后，由接受学校确定。

六、接受学校应按不低于博士研究生的标准提供学习、工作条件，尽可能地创造良好的学习环境。选送单位也要尽可能地给予访问学者各方面的支持和帮助。

七、访问学者报到后，应在导师指导下，根据选派学校原定课题方向，迅速制订学习和工作的具体计划，并切实按照计划完成预定任务。导师应按照计划检查执行情况，并写出考核意见。
