求职信的写作要点说明

1、收信人的称呼收

信人应该是公司里有实权雇你的人。要特别注意此人的姓名和职衔,书写要准确,万万马虎不得。在大多数情况下,从公司的交换台那里可以得到该公司各部门经理的姓名、头衔和址。

2、开宗明义,自报

家门,说明写信原委求职信如属于“空投”之列(即在没有调查,对该公司不摸底的情况下投石问路),可以借一个引子开篇,例如从报刊杂志或电台获悉公司的最新消息等等。

3、不要谈钱在求职

信中,不要提薪水的具体数目。求职信的'目标是建立联系,争取面谈的机会。现在谈钱为时尚早,以后会有更适当的场合。

4、置之不理你的简历

如果无可挑剔,这点小遗漏无关大局。当然,如果你对此感到不踏实,也可提出你所能接受的工资范围。关键是你能够接受,这一点很重要。一言既出,驷马难追,别人不会慷慨解囊,主动向你提供高于你所能接受的数目。如果你担心说出工资的数目,会把你未来的雇主吓跑,你可以补充说明,工资的数目不是你选择职业的主要因素。然重要,但它绝不是求职的唯一原因。

5、追踪询问信发出

一周后,可打电话询问对方是否收悉。联系上以后,再进一步商定面谈事宜。通过电话询问申请信的下落是十分自然的。每发出一封信,都不要忘记跟踪询问。这样往往会事半功倍,而且让人感觉到你与众不同。公司欣赏锲而不舍、知难而进的精神。

6、注意事项

求职信的语气应不卑不亢。不要给人一种你失业后无事可做的印象,记住,你是自雇职员。尽管你现在有求于人,但你不是在请求施舍,而是以自己的工作能力证明你对别人有用。这是一种等价交换,谁也不欠谁什么。求职信要有针对性,切忌无的放矢。有些求职者为了节省精力和时间,将求职信写成一种“广谱”信(即适用于不同的对象),然后大量复制,到处投递。
