i came to know him in september 1987 when mr.chen enrolled in my class on fortran iv programming,a three semesters' course.in the class he was one of the most outstanding students.at the semester final he earned a high grade of 81,which should be 'a'according to our grading system.i also found him good at other studies.

in my opinion,she is a remarkable person.not only her intelligence,but also her confidence and willingness to help other people are really unusual.of course,she is by no means perfect.as a student of less than 16 years old,she has great potential to be tapped.therefore,she needs to be put into a more challenging environment to enrich and improve herself.an outstanding student needs an excellent academic environment and i believe that your programs will surely provide the best conditions for her to practice and experience.

而在美国写求职信和简历方面都有很严格的标准，大公司因为常年接到成千上万的求职信，早就用电脑加以遴选，如果你的求职信里没有符合职位要求的“关键字”，还没入人力资源经理的法眼便已被淘汰了。大公司也常雇佣猎头公司，某大公司的外包人力资源部就曾经跟我接触过。其中最基本的规范，就是不能有错别字，尤其是我们中国人用英文写作时要打醒十二分精神，最好能多请几个人帮忙修改。英文求职信写作技巧最起码的要保证你没有错别单词同语法问题。

有硬性标准还好办，关键是入围后怎样突出自己。这里涉及很多方面，我只想谈谈找工作的目的性。公司挑人，你也挑工作，如果你各方面条件都符合职位的要求，也得你自己想做这个职位才行啊。有些年轻人根本都没想好自己想要做什么，公司可没有因材施教的义务。想起来我也做过这样的蠢事。前年我认识了一个曾在ge(通用电气公司)工作的秘书，她不知为何特别喜欢我，知道我一年内要毕业了，非要我给她在ge的老朋友写求职信。我在ge网站看过，根本没有对口的工作，不过盛情难却，就按照她给的地址写了信，当然也不指望什么回音。过了个把月，快把此事忘记的时候人家人事经理却回信了，而且还特长，内容却是把我给说了一顿，大概意思也就是：你的简历里都没写清自己想干什么工作，难道要我帮你安排不成？！

说实在的，这个世界上谁也不喜欢被人批评，但善意的批评往往是“袋钱入你袋”，让你吃一堑长一智。往后，我就知道要在简历里写明想从事什么性质的工作。当我去帮助学生择业的时候，也最先问他们：“你想要干什么呢？”有的学生把作品寄给我，却不说他将来的职业方向，让我怎么帮他呢？伯乐也不能瞎指挥骏马吧。有些世界500强公司并不介意招收不同专业的本科生，培训后再分配到合适的岗位上去，可对于专业性强的研究生来说，这就不太可能了。其实这学位越读越专，转行也就越不易。所以各位想要读研的朋友们，真的要想清楚，读硕、读博都需要投入大量精力和金钱，而且最终还是为了将来的工作铺路的，如果不喜欢哪个专业，即使专业非常热门，也无谓在上面浪费青春，到头来受了不少苦头还是要改行，就太不划算了。

看过之后应该对于英文求职信的写法都有一定的认识吧。未必要按照以上的照做，写求职信应该要有自己的元素，有自己的风格。最起码要用心创造有个性的求职信。
